1) Is your jewellery 100% real and certified?

Answer : Yes, CHIVRI is a certified jewellery platform that sells pure 925 silver jewellery with 1-microngold deposition and nickel free rhodium. Our gemstones are of international standards, and the jewellery is made by one of the best manufacturers.

3) What is the estimated delivery time?

Answer : We work with our logistics partners to make the product available to you as quickly as possible. However, the delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 8 days, and we strive to ensure you receive your product before the assigned date.

4) Can I change the delivery address?

Answer : We can accommodate changes to the delivery address before the item is packed and dispatched. Once it has been shipped, we will be unable to change the address.

5) What payment methods do you accept?

Answer : We accept all modes of payment, including credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI (Unified Payments Interface).

6) I'm unsure about which jewellery to purchase. Can someone assist me?

Answer : You can cancel your order by visiting the "Orders" page and looking for the cancellation button. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs. However, upon the confirmation of the order, it cannot be cancelled.

Answer : There are no additional costs involved. Your product comes with free shipping charges. All the prices are inclusive of all the taxes and duties set by the Government of India.
