Answer: Chivri Jewelry is made using 925 Sterling Silver, containing 92.5% pure silver. Every piece is hallmarked with “925” and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity for complete assurance.
2) Are the gemstones used in Chivri Jewelry authentic and certified?
Answer: At Chivri, we only use authentic and certified gemstones in our jewelry pieces. Every purchase includes a verifiable gemstone certificate detailing the gemstone’s key characteristics. We do not use synthetic or simulated stones.
3) How does Chivri’s 1 Micron 18K Gold Deposition work, and how is it different from conventional gold plating?
Answer: Chivri’s 1 Micron 18K Gold Deposition features a thicker layer of 18K pure gold, offering better durability, richer colour, and longer-lasting wear. Unlike conventional gold plating, which uses a thinner layer that fades quickly, our process is designed for premium longevity.
4) How does Chivri’s Nickel-Free White Rhodium Plating differ from Rhodium Flash Plating?
Answer: Chivri’s Nickel-Free White Rhodium Plating provides a full, high-quality coating that is safer for sensitive skin and lasts longer. In comparison, Rhodium Flash Plating is thinner and tends to wear off faster with regular use.
5) Can I change the delivery address?
Answer: We can accommodate changes to the delivery address before the item is packed and dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we will be unable to change the address.
6) How can I cancel my order?
Answer: You can cancel your order by visiting the “Orders” page and checking for the cancellation option. A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before processing. However, once the order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
