Return/Exchange Policy

At CHIVRI, your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for any manufacturing defects or damaged items you may encounter.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for:

  • Manufacturing defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you can initiate a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Damaged/broken items: If your product arrives damaged or broken, you can initiate a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Missing items: If you receive a damaged/broken order with missing items, the company may deduct the missing item's full MRP from your refund. This applies to promotional products as well.

How to initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact CHIVRI Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can do this through the "Contact Us" page on the website.
  • Provide pictures and videos of the product: These should show the damage or defect, as well as the opening of the parcel.
  • Wait for a response from the CHIVRI team: They will review the images and videos and respond within 24 hours.
  • Pickup and confirmation: If your request is approved, the damaged/broken item will be picked up from your doorstep. You must be available to confirm the return/exchange within 5 days, or your request will expire.
  • Communication: All information regarding your return/exchange will be communicated to you via email.

Important notes:

  • No returns or exchanges during sales: All items purchased during a sale are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds for charity sales: Products purchased in charity sales can only be exchanged for manufacturing defects or broken items.
  • No returns/exchanges for altered items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been altered by a third-party jeweler. Tampering or altering the jewelry will void its warranty.

Please note:

1. CHIVRI cherishes the joy of new beginnings. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gently used items. To ensure a smooth return, kindly send the product back in its original packaging, securely sealed with bubble wrap for a safe journey.
2. We take great pride in ensuring your CHIVRI treasures arrive safe and sound. Once our trusty delivery partners declare your package "delivered," responsibility transitions to their care.
