At Chivri, we are committed to offering authentic 925 Sterling Silver jewellery crafted with precision and integrity. To ensure transparency, fairness and a seamless customer experience, the following Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through Chivri’s official website.
7-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange
Chivri offers a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange facility from the date of successful delivery of the order. Customers who wish to initiate a return or exchange must raise a request within seven (7) calendar days of delivery by contacting Chivri’s customer support team through official communication channels along with valid order details and invoice.
All returns and exchanges under this policy are complimentary, and Chivri bears the cost of reverse pickup and shipping. The product must be returned in its original, unused and unaltered condition, along with original packaging, jewellery box or pouch, certificates (if applicable), tags and invoice. Any complimentary items or accessories received with the order must also be returned.
It is expressly clarified that return or exchange processing shall commence only after the product has been physically received at Chivri’s facility and has undergone thorough inspection and verification by our quality control team. Once the product successfully passes inspection, the applicable refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds or exchanges are typically completed within 7 to 15 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. In the event that the requested replacement is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund.
