In addition to the 7-day return and exchange window, Chivri offers a 30-Day Replacement Policy for manufacturing defects. This policy is applicable if the product is found to be defective, broken or damaged due to a manufacturing fault within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact Chivri within the 30-day period and provide clear images or videos of the defect along with the original invoice. Upon preliminary review, the product must be shipped back to Chivri for physical inspection. Replacement processing will begin strictly after the product is received and verified by Chivri’s quality assurance team.

If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue, Chivri will offer a product replacement, subject to availability. For all replacements under the 30-Day Replacement Policy, customers are required to pay a flat shipping charge of ₹199, which covers secure logistics and handling of the replacement shipment.

It is explicitly stated that replacement under the 30-Day Replacement Policy will be provided only once per order/product. Once a replacement has been issued, the product will no longer be eligible for further replacement, return or exchange under this policy.

The 30-Day Replacement Policy does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, tarnishing, fading of polish, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to water or chemicals, damage caused by perfumes or cosmetics, improper storage, loss or theft, unauthorised repairs, resizing, engraving, or any third-party modifications made after delivery.
